Founded in 2018 by South African yogi Thandi Nkosi, Ubuntu Flow Yoga embraces the African philosophy of interconnectedness. Our minimalist space blends cork flooring, reclaimed timber benches and serene acoustics, creating an environment where breath and movement feel effortless. From sunrise flows to moon-lit Yin, every class is curated to honour the rhythms of nature and the diversity of our community.

We recommend the Beginner Series, designed to introduce foundational poses and breathing in a supportive environment.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

Mats, straps and blocks are provided. Feel free to bring your own if preferred.
